The portal stores isolation scope, nominated issuer name and email, decision, typed electronic signature, verified sign-in identity, comment and decision time. It does not receive fingerprint templates or kiosk enrollment hashes.

Permit details are visible to the nominated issuer after sign-in. The authenticated installation can submit requests and retrieve decisions. The kiosk also retains the decision in its database and history PDFs.
